The booking process

We will respond confirming the availability and price. We can take payments by bank transfer or by credit card in most currencies. If your dates are within 2 months then the full price is payable within 3 days to secure the dates and price, or we take a 33% deposit and the balance is due within 2 months of the holiday dates.

Rates include Full Alanda Clubhouse membership & facilities for the duration of your stay

The apartment is cleaned and prepared for you arrival and cleaned upon your departure. A mid stay clean is included for 14 night bookings or more. Additional cleaning can be ordered from the reception, from change of bedding to a full apartment clean, at your cost

Cot and high chairs can be ordered from reception

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel we will re-advertise your holiday dates and if we are successful we will refund you in full or the difference if we can only sale at a reduced rate. If we are unable to re-sale the dates then no refund to deposit or balance paid.

The balance / full payment is payable 2 months in advance of holiday dates. Late payment of any balance may result in your booking being cancelled and no deposit refund
